Turquoise Path to Mist

We often go to Country Park in Greensboro, NC for inspiration - usually it's the beautiful and vibrant fall colors of the trees that line the lake. Sometimes, it's the lush greenery of the forest at the height of summer. And it's often our source for water birds skimming the lake. But today we took our coffee (we've mentioned that we like coffee, right?) down to the lake for a foggy walk through the park. Although we weren't intending for it to be a photo shoot, we were captivated by what happened with the rain soaked brightly colored hand rails leading down to the fishing dock. The color contrasts and the mist rising from the lake made for a different type of beauty than we usually see. Just a reminder that there is so much beauty in the world, and you can find it wherever, and whenever, you look for it.
